These Rules, Terms and Conditions apply to and are binding on the participants of the Casino.

This page defines the Terms and Conditions which apply to all sums of money and bets accepted by us and to all Services offered by BAYTREE INTERACTIVE MEXICO S.A. DE C.V., on any of its websites, including the following: www.jackpotcity.mx ("the Site(s)").

These Rules, Terms and Conditions supersede any pre-existing Rules and Terms and Conditions that have appeared on this Casino website. In these Rules, Terms and Conditions:

"Account" means a single Account issued by the Casino.

"Agreement" means these Rules, Terms and Conditions;

"Jackpotcity Casino" means the brand and all products offered on an "Online" (when accessed via computer or laptop) and/or "Mobile" (accessed via mobile phone or tablet) manner by Jackpotcity Casino. This includes: Casino, Live Casino and Vegas;

"Casino Group" collectively refers to all online casinos owned by us; including, but not limited to, BAYTREE INTERACTIVE MEXICO S.A. DE C.V.,

"Casino Website" means Jackpotcity Casino or any derivative thereof;

"You/Your" and also the "Customer" and/or "Player", refers to any person who enters Jackpotcity Casino and participates in any of the "Games" provided by Jackpotcity Casino;

"Charge-back" means when a Player, a credit card issuing bank or any other payment solution provider reverses charges in connection with a credit card or third-party deposit transaction;

"Account Closed" means that an account has been closed, voided or excluded by us or the Player;

"Inactive Account" means that a player's account has not registered any logins and/or logouts for a period exceeding 6 (six) consecutive months, without the requirement of any financial transaction;

"Games" means all games offered at Jackpotcity Casino;

"Invited Player" means that a Player uses free casino credits with no monetary value to wager at the Casino;

"Participating" means, without limitation, any of the conduct described in sections 4.1.1 to 4.1.7 below, visiting the Website and/or playing any game offered by the Website and/or using the Software in any way whatsoever;

"Payment Service Provider" means a third party with whom we have an agreement to process money transfers.

"Player(s)" means a Real Player(s), Invitee(s), Inactive, and/or Closed Account;

"Real Player" means any Player who has registered an Account with the Casino;

"Service" means the availability and provision of Software that enables you to play at the Casino via the Internet or mobile phone;

"Software" means any software owned or licensed by us that must be downloaded in order to participate in the Casino and/or any version of Flash/HTML 5 games of the software that is not required to be downloaded;

As a licensed gaming operator, PRODUCCIONES MOVILES S.A DE C.V, and UNOCAPALI LA PAZ OPERADORA S.A DE C.V. shall remain fully liable to Customers under Mexican gaming law, notwithstanding BAYTREE INTERACTIVE MEXICO S.A. DE C.V administering the website and acting on its own behalf in representing PRODUCCIONES MOVILES S.A DE C.V, and UNOCAPALI LA PAZ OPERADORA S.A DE C.V. in all matters relating to the Website and Services ("Operator" "We", "Us",)

"Your Jurisdiction" means the jurisdiction in which the Player is domiciled, resides or works.

1. Player Participation in the Casino

1.1 Participation

1.1.1 Participation in the Casino is at the sole discretion, discretion and risk of the Player. Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction/country in which the Player is located or resides. The Casino does not intend to allow you to break applicable law. The Player is responsible for any gambling activity and also for ensuring that he/she is not breaking any laws or legislation prohibiting online gaming. The Casino excludes to the fullest extent legally permissible all liability for any use of the website, whether the service is moderated or not. The Player is solely responsible for determining whether participating in the Casino is legal in his/her jurisdiction. The Casino reserves the right to amend from time to time and at its sole discretion the list of countries from which it will not open accounts and will not process bets or financial transactions.

1.1.3 The Player may only participate in the Casino if it is legal for him to do so within his Jurisdiction.

1.1.4 All applicants must be over 18 years of age to register at the Casino. In addition to the provisions of point 1.1.3 above, you may only participate in the Casino if you reach the legal age of majority within the Jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification and suspend the account until satisfactory documentation is provided.

1.1.5 We do not guarantee the legality of a Player's participation in the Casino in terms of the laws of their Jurisdiction.

1.1.6 We have the right to request that proof of identity and age be provided to us as a precondition to allowing the Player to participate in the Casino. All information provided when registering on the website must be accurate and complete in all respects.

1.1.7 The Player hereby authorises us and our designated agents in rem suam, when and as requested, to confirm their identity and their right to use the money they wager at the Casino.

1.1.8 The Casino reserves the right to, at its discretion, limit the number of accounts to one per brand.

1.1.9 Casino funds and/or credits may not be transferred between Casino and/or Poker Room accounts belonging to the same Player or to third parties.

1.1.10 All bets and transactions taking place at the Casino will be in Mexican Pesos. The Casino, at its discretion, reserves the right to pay out any winnings in Euros, regardless of the currency in which the Player's account has been registered or the bet placed. Even though the payment is made in Euros, the account will reflect the balance in Mexican Pesos, as a result of the automatic conversion.

1.1.11 We have the right to verify account information at any time and suspend account information pending proper verification. The Player is requested to keep his/her registration details up to date. If you change your address, email, phone number, or any other contact details or personal information, you must contact customer support to update your account information.

1.1.12 Players who withdraw a sum of money that is 5 times or more greater than their lifetime deposits across the Group will be subject to a detailed review of plays and bets and will only be able to withdraw their winnings to the tune of MX$80,000.00 per week. The remaining amount will be put back into the player's account until such time as they are eligible for a withdrawal later on. All progressive winnings are exempt from this clause.

1.1.13 The Player agrees to receive communications from the Casino Group and its marketing agents.

1.1.14 The Casino does not allow Players to wager on credit.

1.1.15 The Casino allows you to choose your own username and password combination. This information must be kept secret. Any actions taken through the account will be valid if the username and password were entered correctly. We are not responsible for security weaknesses in shared devices or passwords. In accordance with the Rules, Players shall refrain from using offensive or obscene usernames or aliases. If a Player chooses to do so, we reserve the right to close their account.

1.1.16 All Player offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, phone number, debit/credit card and shared computer; for example, school, public library, or workplace. All Casino offers are intended for Recreational Players and, in our sole discretion, we may limit Players' eligibility to participate in any promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any or all offers to any Player or group of Players. We reserve the right to reclaim all bonuses awarded and winnings accrued if Players are found to be manipulating or abusing any aspect of a Casino promotion. Where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a Player or group of Players, which due to enhanced payouts through promotional offers result in guaranteed winnings for the Player regardless of the outcome, we reserve the right to ignore the bonus element of such offers and settle bets according to the correct odds. In addition, we reserve the right to ask any Player to provide us with sufficient documentation to be satisfied, in our absolute discretion, as to the identity of the Player before crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.

1.1.17 By registering, the Player is deemed to have accepted and understood all Rules, Terms and Conditions displayed on the Group's website. We recommend that all members print (or keep to a file) all transaction records, game rules, cancellation policies, and payment policies.

1.1.18 If a credit or debit card is used, the Cardholder's name MUST be the same as the name used when registering on the site. When this is not the case, the account may be suspended. When an account is suspended, Player Support should be contacted for details of our verification process. Any withdrawals that are made by bank transfer or cheque will only be paid to the name used when registering on the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds, the name must correspond to the name registered on the card.

1.1.19 Updating or adding additional payment details can only be done by contacting Player Support. It is the Player's responsibility to inform themselves about the terms under which their payments are accepted and to keep abreast of any changes.

1.1.20 We are required to remit funds to Players within a reasonable time. Therefore, uncontested funds withdrawn or pending withdrawal, may be reverted to the Casino account in the event that Players do not respond or meet the withdrawal requirements. If the withdrawals are reversed, they will be available to play within the Casino. The Casino will not be responsible for the funds used.

1.1.21 If the Player does not wish the outstanding funds to be made available to them, they will be required to contact Player Support directly to temporarily block their account.

1.1.22 All applicants may be sent an email to the email address registered for account activation. All accounts can be activated through this email. If this is not completed, the Casino reserves the right to suspend all activities on the account until the account details are verified.

1.1.23 Any money in the Player's account will not accrue interest.

1.2 Player Warranties.

1.2.1 The Player warrants and represents, and we enter into this Agreement on the basis of such representations and warranties which are material at the time of entering into this Agreement and acceptance of all that is contained herein, that: You are legally entitled to participate in the Casino within your jurisdiction; You are an "adult", having reached the age of majority within your Jurisdiction; You will not allow any third party (in particular, but without limitation, any minor) to use, directly or indirectly, your Account(s) held at the Casino, use the Software or accept a prize from the Casino; You have provided us with personal data that is valid, accurate and complete in all respects and that you must inform us immediately by email in the event that such data changes; You are the true and rightful owner of the money you wager on the Casino and/or you are duly and properly authorised to use such money for the purposes mentioned above; You must not deposit or gamble at the Casino with money that is derived in any way from illegal activities referred to in point 1.6 below; You will pay all funds due to the Casino and, in respect of payment, you will not refund, deny, void and/or invalidate such payments; You have read and understood these Rules, Terms and Conditions; You participate in the Casino individually and for personal entertainment only (i.e. not in a professional sense or in conjunction with another Player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.)

1.2.2 If you breach the warranty contained in clause 1.2.1 above, all transactions made will be null and void and any winnings accrued as a result of such transactions and/or collaborations will be forfeited.

1.3 Refusal to Register, Deregistration, Exclusion and Suspension.

1.3.1 We may refuse to register a player or choose to unregister and exclude or suspend a player from the Casino at any time and for any reason.

1.3.2 The Player hereby acknowledges that the Casino is not obliged to give him prior notice of its decision to refuse, unregister, exclude or suspend him, nor to provide him with any reason for such decision.

1.4 Consequences of Termination, Exclusion or Suspension.

1.4.1 If we unsubscribe, exclude or suspend a player from the Casino, we shall be entitled to: Withhold payment of any disputed funds, whether such funds are deposits, refunds, bonuses, free money, casino credits, payouts or the like; Exclude the Player from all Casinos of the Group of which the Casino is a member; Determine what criteria you will need to meet in order to establish a New Account at the Casino; In the event of fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct or non-payment by the player: Supply any relevant information to an intra-group database that records such damages and, if necessary, gives your account details to a collection agency to recover any sums you owe us. The Player irrevocably authorizes us to do so at our absolute discretion, and/or retain any contested funds that may result from fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct.

1.5 Inactive Accounts and Inactive Bonus Balances.

1.5.1 It is recorded that the provisions of this clause 1.5 only apply if all of a Real Player's Accounts in the Casino Group constitute Inactive Accounts.

1.5.2 Any credit balance held in an Inactive Player's Account may, at the sole and unrestricted discretion of the Casino, be handled by the Casino as follows: An administrative fee equivalent to MX$200 will be charged and will be deducted monthly from such credit balance until: The credit balance is reduced to zero; The Inactive Account is activated.

1.5.3 Despite complying with any playthrough requirements, in our sole and absolute discretion, the Player may forfeit any bonuses or winnings derived from such bonuses if such money remains unused at the Casino for a period of six months from the date such bonuses were granted. For the purposes of this document, all Loyalty Points awarded shall be construed as bonuses.

1.6 Money Laundering.

1.6.1 It is noted that some jurisdictions have strict money laundering laws which may impose an obligation on us to report to federal or local authorities within such jurisdictions if we know, suspect or have reason to suspect that any transaction, among other things, involves funds derived from illegal activities or is intended to conceal funds derived from illegal activities or involves the use of the Casino to facilitate criminal activity. In the Mexican jurisdiction, gambling is considered a vulnerable activity, in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Law (Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin), and therefore we are obliged to monitor all transactions in the Casino, and as necessary, file the corresponding reports with the Mexican authority.

1.6.2 If we have knowledge or suspicion referred to in the previous point (1.6.1), we may: Immediately suspend, block or close the Account at the Casino; Not to refund any funds held in such Account, at our sole discretion; Exclude the player from all Casinos of the Group of which the Casino is a member; or Provide any relevant information to an intra-group database that records such offences. The player irrevocably authorizes us to do so at our absolute discretion.

1.6.3 We reserve the right to report the Player to the federal or local authorities mentioned above if we determine, in our absolute discretion, that we are required to do so by law.

1.6.4 To help prevent money laundering: Cash will not be accepted to fund any Account at the Casino; No substantial and/or exceptional withdrawals will be made on an individual and cumulative basis unless copies of the following documents are received: Most recent bank statement of the bank account from which bets have been paid; Government-issued photo ID, i.e., driver's license, current and valid passport, official ID, etc. Utility bill no more than 6 months old clearly reflecting the Player's address and name, as registered with the Casino. For example, gas or electricity bill, most recent bank statement, etc.

1.7. Publicity.

1.7.1 If playing at the Casino a sum of money or any other prize that the Casino deems worthy of publicity is won, the Player agrees to be available for any such event organised by the Casino. The Casino will do its best to protect your privacy at all times.

1.7.2 Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding clause (1.7.1), the Player grants us the right to use his first name in any advertisement about his winnings mentioned above and to use an image of a model in his place.

1.8. Player Consent.

1.8.1 Telephone calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and/or security reasons. By using this service, you agree to the recording or monitoring of the service.

1.8.2 We may collect and record all internet communications, details of transactions that take place through the site and details of visits to the site.

1.8.3 By registering a practice or live account, the Player agrees to us contacting us through any and all means of communication (whether in written or verbal form and including, but not limited to, email, telephone and SMS) regarding matters relating to the account. To unsubscribe from any or all forms of communication, you may contact us directly.

1.8.4 If you unsubscribe, or have previously unsubscribed, from our general promotional materials, you will continue to receive business-related communications. It takes 3 business days for a Player to be removed from our mailing lists. If you have any questions regarding any of the "legal terms", simply contact us for assistance.

1.9 Use of Automated Players ("Bots") and Illegal Software.

1.9.1 The use and abuse of bugs or bots or any other form of artificial intelligence in any of the Software or Services provided on the Casino platform is illegal.

1.9.2 The use of software with the aim of influencing or modifying the outcome of any of the games at the Casino for financial gain is strictly prohibited and any money acquired in this way will be deducted from the Player's funds.

1.9.3 The Casino will take all necessary measures in case of use and/or abuse of a bug, bot or any other form of artificial intelligence by a Player. These may include the blocking of the Account, the freezing of funds and the reservation of the right to initiate legal proceedings.

2. The Service

2.1. The Casino is not responsible for any downtime, server outages, delays or any technical or political disturbances in the game. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions made by the Players' internet service provider or any third party you have engaged to gain access to the server hosting the website. The Software and Services are provided "as is" and the Casino makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied (whether by statute, statute or otherwise), including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Software/Services or violation of applicable laws and regulations. The entire risk as to the use, quality and performance of the Software/Services rests with the player.

2.2. We will not be liable for computer malfunctions, failures in telecommunications service or internet connections, or attempts to participate in games by methods, means or forms not planned by us. The Player is solely responsible for the telecommunications devices and services used to participate in the Casino.

The Casino makes no warranty that the Software or Services will meet requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Software or server offering it are free of viruses or bugs or represent the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the Software or Services as to the results or accuracy of any information obtained by the Casino. Player. In the event of system or communications errors relating to the generation of random numbers, settlement of bets or any other element of the Product, we will not be liable as a result of such errors and reserve the right to void all bets in question.

2.3. We cannot guarantee that the Service will never be defective, but we will correct reported failures as soon as possible. If a failure occurs, the Player must report it by email or in writing to Customer Service.

2.3.1 The Casino will not accept any liability for any damage or loss that is deemed or presumed to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website or Services; including, without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or line failures, misuse of the site or its content by any person, or any errors or omissions in the content.

2.3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion for any reason. In circumstances where a bet is deemed or declared void at our discretion, any sum deducted from the account in respect of that bet or amount will be credited to the account. Bets will only be valid if they are accepted by our server and are subject to the Agreement. Until accepted, no communication from the Player shall be binding on us and all information displayed on this site constitutes an invitation to play only. Malfunction (whether on a website or on a team) voids all payouts and plays. If we decide to waive a rule in the interest of fair play, it will only be for that moment and will not set a precedent for the future.

2.4. The Casino reserves the right to void any winnings that have been obtained as a result of a hardware/software error or malfunction. Players found to be abusing such errors or malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited. In case of malfunction of the website system, all bets will be cancelled. The Casino reserves the right to suspend, modify, remove or add to the website any game or software at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without notice. The Casino shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Player as a result of any changes made or for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Software or Services, and there shall be no claims against the Casino in such regard.

2.5. We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for any reason at our sole discretion. We are not required to do so, but we may provide as much notice of such suspension as possible. We will restore the Service as soon as reasonably practicable, following the temporary suspension.

2.6. In the event of a malfunction of the Casino system, all bets will be cancelled. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the Casino Administration. Where a manifest error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect odds, line or handicap of a bet, the same or that part of it if it is a multiple/parlay bet will be null and void.

2.7 Subject to clause 4.2 below, we will not be liable for any loss you may incur as a result of any such suspension or delay.

2.8. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to account for and report any relevant taxes on winnings that may be applicable in their jurisdiction.

2.9. The Casino does not provide advice to Players in relation to taxes and/or legal matters. Players who wish to obtain advice on tax and legal matters are advised to contact the relevant advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or reside.

2.10. Players are strictly prohibited from using the Casino and its systems to facilitate arbitrage through currency exchange transactions. Where the Casino deems that a Player has deliberately used the above-mentioned systems to make financial gains through arbitrage, any winnings will be forfeited and deducted from the Players' balance without prior notice or notification.

2.11. The Player is permitted to install and use the Software and all content derived from the Software in connection with the use of the Websites in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Microgaming End User License Agreement (EULA). The Software allows you to use our gaming and betting services available through the websites (the "Services"). It may be installed on a hard drive or other storage device and backup copies may be made, provided that such copies are used solely by the Player in connection with the Services through a computer of which he or she is the primary user. The code, structure, and organization of the Software are protected by intellectual property rights. You must not:

Copy, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or make any attempt to access the source code for the purpose of creating derivative works of the source code or otherwise.

Sell, assign, sublicense, transfer, distribute or lease the Software.

Make the Software available to any third party over a computer network or otherwise.

Export the Software to any country (whether by physical or electronic means).

Use the Software in a manner prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

The player shall be solely responsible for any damages, costs or expenses arising out of or related to committing any of the "Prohibited Uses" mentioned above.

3. Shared environments.

We may impose any limits or conditions that, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate for any person opening or attempting to open accounts at the Casino, where such accounts originate from environments where there are shared computers or the environment is shared.

4. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability.

4.1. The Player agrees that he/she is free to choose whether he/she wishes to use the Services and to do so at his/her sole discretion and risk. The player indemnifies and holds harmless the Casino, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, the major parent and parent companies of the Casino and any of its subsidiaries against all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive or otherwise) arising out of their participation in the Casino. The nature of your participation shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

5. Promotions, Contests, and the Cash-Back Program.

5.1. It is recorded that the Casino will from time to time offer certain promotions, contests and cash-back programs and that these promotions, contests and cashback programs may have separate terms, conditions and rules that are specific to the promotion, contest or cashback program, and any complementary bonuses credited to the account, must be used in compliance with such terms and conditions. Where wagering requirements for bonus money or free credits are not specifically stipulated in promotional offers, these rules will apply.

5.2. These Rules, Terms and Conditions apply to any competition, promotion and cashback programs.

5.3. In the event of a conflict between these Rules, the Terms and Conditions and the Promotion, Competition and/or Cashback Specific Rules, Terms and Conditions, the Rules, the Promotion, Competition and/or Cash Back Specific Terms and Conditions, the Conditions (as applicable) shall prevail, but only to the extent that the Rules, Terms and Conditions conflict with each other.

5.4. The Casino reserves the right to exclude Players from participating in any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are for a limited time only and the Casino reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time without notice. If there are any unused Casino Bonuses, those Bonuses, as well as any winnings generated by such Bonuses and Loyalty Points issued, will expire after 6 months from the date of issuance. 5.5. The Cashback Program is offered at the discretion of the Casino and no correspondence will be entered into by the Casino in respect of any aspect of the Cashback Program (including, without limitation, the crediting or debiting of Cashback Points to the player's account, the ratio of cashback points to Casino credits awarded, and a Player's eligibility or lack thereof participation in the cash-back program). The Cashback Program may be withdrawn from a Player's account without prior notice.

5.6. The Casino is a member of the Casino Group. The Player cannot claim a Casino Bonus if (1) before opening a Casino Account, he/she has opened an Account at any other online casino within the Casino Group and claimed such Bonus from that other online casino and (2) after having claimed such bonus from the other online casino within the Casino Group, You wagered the said previously claimed bonus and the initial deposit less than 100 times at the online casino that awarded you the said bonus. Under no circumstances will you be eligible to receive more than one Sign-Up Bonus at the Casino, even if you can open multiple Accounts at the Casino (e.g. in different currencies or languages). 5.7. Bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of at least 70 times ("Playthrough Requirement") before they can be transferred from the bonus balance to the cash balance. The Playthrough Requirement imposed will vary at our sole discretion by game, promotion and/or region. For example, if the Player deposits 100 and receives a Bonus of 100 credits, the Playthrough Requirement will be 70 x 100 = 7000. 5.7.1 All winnings from no-buy-in offers, as well as free spins, will be subject to a wagering requirement of 50 times for the bonus money to be transferred to the cash balance. 5.7.2 If the Player does not wish to receive any Bonus that has been deposited into their account, they have the right to request that it be removed from their account, without any play or wager having been made through the Bonus, the initial deposit and/or the associated Bonus.

5.7.3 When you have been granted a Sign-Up Bonus, in case you are required to meet all wagering requirements, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times the amount of your first deposit and the remaining balance will be forfeited. 5.8. Before any withdrawal is processed, the game will be checked for any irregular patterns. In the interest of fair play, equal or zero margin bets or bets on opposite values will be considered irregular play. 6. Rules of the game.

10.11. Limitation of Actions.

The Player hereby agrees that any legal proceedings to enforce any claim he may have (if any) against the Casino shall be commenced within a period of 6 (six) months from the cause of action (the "Statute of Limitations"); in the event of your failure to comply herewith, you forever waive and abandon any right you may have to enforce such claim after the Statute of Limitations Period and confirm that, upon expiration of the Statute of Limitations, such petition shall be void, waived and abandoned by law.

10.12. Translations

These rules, terms and conditions can be translated into many different languages. 10.13 Tournaments

10.15 Assignment.

These Terms and Conditions are personal to the Player, and are not assignable, transferable, or subject to a secondary license, except with our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign, transfer or delegate any of our rights and obligations hereunder to third parties without notice.

10.16 Business Transfers.

In the event of a change of control, merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, the Player account and associated data may be part of the assets transferred to the purchaser or acquiring party. 10.17 Account Termination.

The Casino reserves the right to terminate the Player's account for any reason at any time and without prior notice.
